We are proud to announce that DutchTrig is now officially permitted in Estonia! This means that elms there too can be protected against Dutch elm disease with our biological vaccine. Estonia takes a major step in the fight against Dutch elm disease. In May, the first 85 elms in the capital city Tallinn were vaccinated with DutchTrig. This makes Estonia the first country in the Baltic region to take action using this biological method.
In May 2025, elms were vaccinated for the first time in Estonia. This gives Estonia the first of the Baltic states. A total of 85 elms in Tallinn received their annual vaccination. The reason for starting vaccination is the increasingly rapid spread of Dutch elm disease in Estonia.
